KJ10 aluminum cone without support for direct installation in a female cavity. The KJ cone can thus be perfectly integrated into a mast, a deck, a boom, a bowsprit, etc. The secret of the KJ blockers lies in 2 simple technical elements : a conical shape where the more you pull the more it gets stuck and the use of 3 jaws to distribute the load over 360 ° so as to never flatten or damage the ropes. The result : an innovative and efficient ascender that does not let go and that does not damage the strings.

Specifications

Strengths

– Innovation : 3 jaws surround the rope (instead of 2 on all other blockers on the market). The load is distributed on the rope and the sheath wears less.
– Innovation : The conical shape accentuates the hold of the rope. The more you pull, the more resistance there is.
– Convenient : The opening and closing (in the axis of the rope) can be controlled remotely by installing extensions. The ascender is installed as close as possible and limits the undesirable effects of the elasticity of the rope. It is very often found as a blocker on headsail tack.
– Ergonomics : The new KJC is now equipped with a jaw closure button on the upper part of the ascender.
– Performance : The rope does not slip. Very little recoil when blocking.
– Performance : Extremely compact and light.
– Design : Online ordering allows the blocker to be installed in very small and even hidden locations.
– Performance : In the open position, the jaws open wide and offer very little resistance to the string
– Performance : The reduced wear of the sheath greatly limits string replacements. Investment in technical ropes is relevant
– Ergonomics : No constraint on the operations height (unlike a jammer that opens from the top : Each KJ can accommodate a wide range of diameters without affecting performance
