KFX Structural

The KFX Structural furler is a variation of our new range of KF V3 furlers. This is the 3rd version since our creation in 2003. You will recognize this furler among all: it is the only one with a notched Carbon / Kevlar® wheel! Also called furler, a structural furler integrates the main forestay. It is therefore a fixed furler. This is equipment found on the vast majority of racing sailboats or on high-performance travel catamarans. A furler is on average 8 times lighter than a classic furler and does not allow the use of a partially furled sail. KFX furlers are fitted as standard with a carbon / Kevlar® toothed wheel, a reinforced ABS housing protected by our K Krok neoprene protection, stainless steel clevises for reliability and durability, secure terminations (screwed / glued axles or lashing eyes), our toothed wheel remote locking system and a swivel also protected by its K Krok. All KFX can be ordered in drum version. KFX furlers can be supplemented by V3 furlers for the other headsails and are available in 3 versions: Standard, EcoConcept or Racing with different finishes but always in the same spirit of performance. Many options are available to make your furler unique and perfectly suited to your needs.
