Aluminum thimble for KF3.0, KTS3.0 and KFH3.0
The thimble is the link between the anti torsion of the sail and the furler. It is an anodized aluminum part which adapts perfectly to the forks of our furlers. An unsuitable thimble quickly damages the feeder forks and decreases performance. Do not hesitate to ask your sailboat to install the thimbles adapted to your furler.

Strengths
– Perfect integration into the forks of our furlers
– Ultra light and resistant (machined aluminum in the mass and hard anodization)
– All our thimbles are equipped with a lashing zone to take up the luff tension
– This thimble is also compatible with our old range of V2 furlers : KF2, KSF2, KTS2, KFH2
– We install a stainless steel ring from the KF4.5 thimble. This ring can be made in titanium on request.
– We can design and produce custom thimbles in aluminum, stainless steel or titanium
Tips
– We insist on the use of a suitable thimble for your benefit. It doesn’t have to be a Karver thimble. Some sailmakers make their own thimbles in the right dimensions and this does the job perfectly.
– For each thimble, we indicate the maximum rope diameter that can be installed. The more the sail is a downwind sail, the more important it is to have good quality, large diameter anti torsion. The tension in the halyards of upwind sails improves the anti torsion properties of the ropes and the diameter is then less important.
