- Halyards: ideal for mainsail and jib halyards, as it is lightweight and durable.
- Sheets: ideal for genoa and spinnaker sheets.
- Hoists: particularly useful for boom and vang hoists.
- Pulley and davit attachment: a practical solution for attaching pulleys and davits to the boat's deck.
- Mooring the boat to the quay: can be used to moor the boat to the quay, offering a lighter and safer alternative to metal chains.
